在台灣與大陸都有分店的PIZZA FACTORY披薩工廠，之前聽聞它們家的披薩結合了台式風味，同時還有一次能吃到四種口味的大四喜披薩。因此，不久前跟朋友中午聚餐時，就到朋友家附近距離捷運三重站也蠻近的披薩工廠三重店用餐，嚐嚐看披薩工廠的披薩與其它義式料理如何？
位於新北市三重區集成路上的PIZZA FACTORY披薩工廠三重店，周遭大眾交通相當方便，不管是搭公車，或是搭捷運到三重捷運站再步行過來，其實都蠻近的。
進店前，看到門口看板上寫著只要加入披薩工廠LINE＠，就有機會獲得優惠券，所以有來用餐的大大們，別忘了現場加一下哦！
以白色與木頭材質為裝潢主調的用餐區，給我的感覺是簡單明亮。
披薩工廠三重店用餐區除了一般的人與四人桌之外，還有兩桌使用高腳椅的四人桌，以及四桌有著木板間隔的四人座小包廂。
一開始沒特別注意，後來才看到用餐區上頭的照明是有特色的，因為這些照明燈飾是排成「HELLO！」字樣呢！
提供義式料理的PIZZA FACTORY披薩工廠，這天看菜單時，因為是冬季緣故，因此有新推出義式獨享鍋餐點。
當然，來披薩工廠不吃披薩感覺好像就沒來一樣。而且，如果人數夠的話，點每天限量供應，一次可以吃到四種口味的大四喜披薩，就是一定要的啦！
在義式獨享鍋與披薩之外，這裡還有義大利麵、燉飯、炸物拼盤…等其它餐點可以選擇。
看完菜單，決定想吃的餐點後，就在點餐單上勾選好，然後請店裡服務人員來拿單備餐了…
這天我們點的餐點中，義大利麵有加價升級成套餐，因此套餐的沙拉、濃湯與麵包首先上桌。
套餐的沙拉、濃湯與麵包中，我自己最喜歡這碗玉米濃湯，因為喝起來味道濃郁，而且湯裡的料蠻多的說…
義式獨享鍋。
迷迭香戀蔬菜鍋裡的料，包括我們選擇的牛肉在內，種類相當豐富。
重點的湯頭部分，因為鍋裡是以蔬菜食材為主，因此喝起來清爽中帶著蔬菜微甜味，然後一些些迷迭香的香氣。
奶油青醬蛤蠣筆管麵。
在有提供義大利麵的義式料理餐廳用餐時，如果有筆管麵可選的話，我通常都會選擇它，因為可以更容易沾附到醬料，吃起來更有味！而這盤奶油青醬蛤蠣筆管麵，奶油+青醬的組合，讓筆管麵吃起來奶香味中帶著青醬羅勒與蒜香味，吃起來蠻過癮的。
龍蝦鮑魚沙拉披薩。
屬於日式口味的龍蝦鮑魚沙拉披薩，一次可以吃到龍蝦肉與鮑魚片，搭配有嚼感的厚餅皮，我覺得喜歡吃較清爽口感披薩的人，應該會喜歡這個口味。
這次的重點，也就是大四喜披薩來啦！
單獨看，可能感受不到大四喜披薩的大！所以，跟前面送來的龍蝦鮑魚沙拉披薩放在一起對比一下就很明顯了。
可以在九種口味中任選四種的大四喜披薩，我們是選擇了台東野放鹹豬肉、泰式打拋豬肉、鄉村松露野菇與義式撒拉米臘腸四種口味。
前面有提到披薩工廠的披薩結合了台式風味，台東野放鹹豬肉這個口味就是道地的台式口味。而屬於薄餅皮的大四喜披薩，餅皮吃起來較有脆口感，搭配帶有鹹香味且有嚼勁的鹹豬肉，吃在嘴裡的口感蠻別的，我個人蠻喜歡這樣的組合。
至於大四喜披薩裡我另一個喜歡的口味，就是有些出乎自己預期的義式撒拉米臘腸口味。因為本來以為義式撒拉米臘腸口味是不會辣的，但實際吃起來還頗有辣度，但也因為這樣把義式臘腸的風味更突顯出來，吃起來更有味道呢！
除了套餐飲料，這天我們還額外點的飲料，一杯是使用新鮮葡萄榨汁為主體的吃葡萄不吐葡萄汁，另一杯則是新推出不久的提拉米蘇皇家奶茶。
值得一提的，這杯新推出以奶茶為基底，加上鮮奶油與巧克力的提拉米蘇皇家奶茶，喝起來風味綿密，還頗有吃提拉米蘇的感覺說…
全部餐點吃得差不多時，店裡服務人員送來套餐的甜點，是灑上巧克力粉的奶酪。
個頭不大的這杯奶酪，奶酪本身口感紮實，搭配帶著些許苦味巧克力粉，吃起來整體味道還不錯。
這次在PIZZA FACTORY披薩工廠三重店用餐，所點的披薩、義大利筆管麵與義式獨享鍋餐點，吃起來口味都蠻不錯的。其中，最讓我印象深刻的，當然就是一次可以吃到四種口味，而且很大一個的的大四喜披薩，真的很適合多人聚餐時點來一起品嚐，以後大大們如果真的是多人來披薩工廠三重店用餐的話，千萬別忘了要點來嚐嚐看蛾！
