說到來花蓮旅遊行程，如果有住花蓮市市區，且早餐要自己打理的話，我還蠻喜歡來吃聖天宮對面這家米粉羹（帝君廟米粉羹），附近也有其它花蓮美食餐廳可以用餐，而過年前這趟花蓮小旅行，就承蒙朋友招待，來大邱骨道韓式鍋物這家他覺得是花蓮必吃韓式料理用餐。至於當天在大邱骨道實際吃的餐點，從料多湯鮮甜的大邱血月鍋，還有其它單點料理真的都不錯，所以就來個花蓮美食推薦分享，讓在找花蓮韓式料理、花蓮韓式鍋物、花蓮美食餐廳或花蓮聚餐餐廳的大大做參考。
以韓國城市大邱為店名發想的大邱骨道韓式鍋物，店面位置是在離花蓮聖天宮頗近的商校街上，從花蓮火車站步行過來約莫需要10~15分鐘時間，也可以搭客運到最近的站牌下車後再走過來，如果是開車的話，平日周邊要停車也蠻OK的。
以原木色做為裝潢主調的大邱骨道，店裡以4~6人桌為主，另外也有提供可以讓更多人一起用餐的圓桌呢！
當天坐定位後，就開始看大邱骨道菜單，知道這裡的韓式鍋物、韓式料理有不少選擇，所以跟朋友稍微討論後，就決定要吃的餐點囉…
桌邊的小立牌，有介紹目前的大邱骨道優惠，也就是當月壽星會免費送肉蛋糕，因為我們有人符合資格，就可以享受到這個優惠了。
點完餐點後，稍等一下後，大邱骨道服務人員就把我們點的主食大邱血月鍋，還有一些單點菜色送來了，所以先拍張大合照，然後準備開吃囉…
我們這天的主食是大邱骨道雙人套餐大邱血月鍋，首先送來的，就是可以任你吃的甜不辣、秘製蘿蔔、涼拌海帶芽、韓式泡菜、韓式醃洋蔥跟涼拌黃豆芽共6樣小菜。
這個套餐的米食，我們就選擇辣韭菜湯飯跟柴魚洋蔥湯飯各一碗。
主角大邱血月鍋，我們是選擇牛肉，然後小辣再額外加起司。
另外挑選的兩樣肉品，6選1的精選肉品，我們選了韓式雞腿，而5選1的奢華肉品，則是選擇CAB沙朗。
除了前面這些肉盤外，我們還有一份免費的肉蛋糕（豬肉），所以這天可以吃到牛、豬、雞三種肉品。
拍完照片後，服務人員就先幫我們把隨附的大骨湯倒入鍋裡，然後將鍋裡的豆芽、洋蔥…等鋪底蔬菜，還有牛五花肉片、獨家自製辣醬、起司片鋪排均勻，然後煮食一小段時間後就可以享用囉…
正式開吃後，我首先試一下大邱血月鍋的湯，而喝進嘴裡時，可以感受到大骨湯的鮮甜味，還有溶入湯裡起司的另一股甜味，由於我們是選擇小辣，後續就會出現一些些辣味，整個看似濃郁但其實蠻爽口的說…
一開始就在鍋裡的牛五花肉片，吃起來則是肉質細膩中帶有油脂香氣，加上吸了鮮甜帶點辣味的湯汁，整體味道相當不錯呢！
另外選擇的兩種肉品，首先放進鍋裡煮的韓式雞腿，肉吃起來很軟嫩，然後帶著一些辣味，不需沾醬就蠻夠味的。
至於CAB沙朗肉（安格斯牛肉）部分，吃起來肉質鮮嫩中帶有一些嚼勁，而且肉汁鮮甜，也讓整體口感更滑順，我個人相當喜歡呢！
除了主角大邱血月鍋外，我們也另外單點一些大邱骨道韓式料理來吃，而第一道送來的是珍味蟹卵海苔拌飯。
以鐵盤盛裝的珍味蟹卵海苔拌飯，帶有Q感的米飯，搭配肉燥、蟹卵、海苔、煎蛋這些配料一起在嘴裡咀嚼，整體味道豐富，相當不錯吃呢！
下一道送來的，是辣炒血腸。
使用豬腸衣，灌入豬血跟冬粉再去蒸的血腸是韓國國民小吃，雖然有不少人不敢吃，但就大邱骨道的辣炒血腸來說，帶著些辣味的血腸，吃起來口感類似糯米腸，但再Q彈一些，搭配增加脆口感的高麗菜，我覺得還蠻不錯的。
既然是吃韓式料理，那也要來盤辣炒年糕。
大邱骨道的辣炒年糕，主角韓式年糕相當有嚼勁，加上裹在上面帶有辣度的醬汁，整個吃起來蠻過癮的說…
單點的最後一道菜，是這鍋大邱燉排骨。
韓國大邱美食代表的大邱燉排骨，大邱骨道這裡的排骨肉，吃的時候可以很輕鬆就將骨肉分離，而肉本身是嫩中帶有嚼感，至於帶著一些辣度，並有著蒜味與甜味，裹附在肉上的醬汁，也是整道菜讓人享用後會留下深刻印象所不可或缺的另一個主角呢！
搭配餐點的飲料，我們選了韓國雪梨汁跟韓國葡萄汁，而這兩款果汁，不管是哪一款，實際喝起來都不錯說…
全部吃完後，最後再以甜點紫米紅豆湯收尾，這餐吃得相當過癮呢！
這次在大邱骨道點來享用的韓式鍋物大邱血月鍋，以及單點的韓式料理，實際吃過後覺得味道都蠻不錯的，而且店裡用餐空間也相當舒適，所以在花蓮市區想找適合聚餐韓式鍋物、韓式料理餐廳的大大，有機會就不妨到大邱骨道實際用餐看看吧！
