敢開日式料理店，除了食材要新鮮，對自己的手藝也要有信心。而我這趟到中部小旅行，回程到台中朝馬搭車回台北之前，就到知名的一中街商圈，造訪一家剛開幕不久，由一對帥哥雙胞胎聯手經營的日式料理店「岡崎日式料理」。而它們家的壽司、丼飯都是走平價路線，不用花太多錢就可以吃日式料理，真的不錯！
位於一中街商圈的岡崎日式料理，從太平路麥當勞對面的巷子走進來馬上就會看到了。
從門口黑板的每日限量料理價格，就可以知道岡崎日式料理走的是平價路線。
重要的海鮮食材，就擺在門口餐車上的冷藏櫃內，直接讓客人可以看到這些食材是不是新鮮。

這天我來用餐的這段時間，是由雙胞胎老闆其中的哥哥顧店，所以將點好的菜單交給雙胞胎哥哥老闆後，他就開始準備餐點了。接著，就來分享一下我們當天吃的餐點吧！
和風野菜沙拉（40元）。
以40元的價格可以吃到食材種類豐富的和風野菜沙拉，搭配酸甜的日式和風醬，用來當開胃菜最合適不過了。
盛合海景丼（330元）。
這碗海鮮丼使用的醋飯，老闆送來時有提到是使用日本進口的壽司醋來製作的。而實際吃的時候，我覺得它們家醋飯醋的味道不會很重，應該是大多數人都可以接受的口味。
在整碗盛合海景丼的配料中，讓我印象最深刻的就是這個炙燒花枝了，因為老闆有將切花的花枝表面稍為炙燒一下，所以吃的時候除了保留生花枝的新鮮度外，在口裡還能感受到一點點炙燒的香味，幫整體口味加分不少！
海鮮味增湯（30元）。
岡崎日式料理有味增湯與海鮮味增湯，兩者價錢都很平價，但海鮮味增湯只要多10元就多了像章魚腳、蟹肉…等海鮮料，所以有要喝湯的話，當然首選海鮮味增湯啦！
明太子鮭魚捲（120元）。
由於我自己喜歡明太子，所以這道明太子鮭魚捲是當天吃到餐點中，我很喜歡的一道菜。因為吃進嘴裡，新鮮的鮭魚肉搭配炙燒過帶著一點點辣味的明太子，最後再吃到壽司捲裡脆甜的小黃瓜條，味道有濃郁、也有翠甜，整個口感是很豐富的。
安格斯牛肉捲（120元）。
跟明太子鮭魚捲有異曲同工之妙的安格斯牛肉捲，老闆使用高檔安格斯牛肉炙燒，然後搭配番茄片，因此吃到嘴裡時，一開始會吃到多汁的安格斯牛肉，然後番茄片接著讓味蕾感受微微酸甜味，最後同樣由壽司捲裡小黃瓜條的清甜未做結尾，同樣是口感豐富的一道菜。

我這天吃到的打卡免費招待特製料理，是菜單上沒有的香辣鮪魚手捲，而在手捲上的香辣鮪魚，就是岡崎煙漬鮪魚丼飯所使用的香辣鮪魚。我自己還蠻喜歡這個帶著微辣的香辣鮪魚，以後有機會再來造訪時，我就點岡崎煙漬鮪魚丼飯來品嚐看看啦！
除了我們這天實際吃的餐點，有機會也拍了其他客人點的餐點，像是份量蠻多的蔥花鮪魚丼。
