還記得早期跟家人到北港朝天宮拜拜時，都會順道在廟前的店家買些北港伴手禮，其中對人體很好的天然高級食用油，也就是北港麻油，是我們必買的北港名產，而比起以前，現在要購買就方便多了，因為可跟有提供宅配店家訂購就行，所以這次就來分享這家有提供宅配服務，可透過官網與電話訂購，工廠就在過北港大橋嘉義縣六腳鄉，是北港數一數二麻油工廠的鑫隆麻油廠油品。至於我們這次選擇宅配的商品，則是鑫隆胡蔴油跟鑫隆苦茶油。
以傳統方式榨油的鑫隆麻油廠，要進行榨油時，必須先將原料打碎加熱去除水分，然後磨成粉狀後再次加熱消毒與再減少含水量，然後放置散熱，並且讓水蒸氣蒸發之後，再以機器將原料壓成茶餅，就可以準備搾油了。
搾油時，要把多塊茶餅放到搾油機上，機器開始運作後施以壓力自然搾出油來。
而搾出來的油，經過後續雜質沈澱與處理後，最後才裝瓶銷售。
來看看這次宅配的兩種油品，首先是含有豐富不飽和脂肪酸，容易被人體分解吸收和利用的鑫隆麻油廠胡蔴油。
外盒正面這裡，有提到鑫隆麻油廠的油品已經傳承一甲子了。
盒身側面，說明鑫隆麻油廠選用上等原料，然後以傳統冷壓榨油技術，並做好生產衛生環節進行榨油。
以透明玻璃瓶裝的鑫隆麻油廠胡蔴油，可以直接看到呈現黑色透明的胡蔴油。
從瓶身標籤上的資訊可以知道，使用的原料很簡單，就只有芝麻而已。

這瓶苦茶油使用的原料，就只有苦茶籽而且。
