我每次出門過夜小旅行，晚上覓食的時候，我還蠻常選擇滷味來當晚餐。而這趟到礁溪，騎著小摺在最熱鬧的礁溪路上，看到這家使用潮州老滷製作各式滷味的魯達人滷味，基於好奇，決定買來吃吃看。當購買時跟老闆聊天，才知道它們家還有特別食材，讓客人以網購預訂，而當下也有機會試吃到曼波魚皮與牛舌兩項產品，真的是蠻少見到的滷味食材，所以就來分享一下這個我新遇到的礁溪美食吧！
下午才開始營業的魯達人滷味，離人氣伴手禮奕順軒礁溪店不遠。
魯達人滷味的攤位不大，但可以購買的滷味品項還不少呢！
豬頭皮、豬耳朵、鴨胗、鴨翅、鴨腸、牛肚…等肉類。
我吃滷味必買的基本款，甜不辣、黑豆乾與豆皮當然也有。
蔬菜部分，這天現場看到的有小黃瓜、白蘿蔔與花椰菜。
看一下攤位上的價目表，以大家常買的基本滷味品項如豆乾、甜不辣、米血來說，我覺得價格相當實惠啦！
魯達人滷味使用的醬料有三種，老闆會根據顧客選購的滷味品項，搭配使用不同的醬料，而最左邊的辣椒醬，如客人有需要才會加。
如果買完沒有很快要吃的話，老闆也有提供一包一包的老滷醬料與辣椒醬，讓客人要吃滷味時再自己加。
在這裡買滷味，挑好放在盤子裡，老闆就跟我確認品項，並告知總價，確認沒問題後，才開始切我購買的這些滷味。
魯達人滷味是冷滷味，所以老闆是直接切，沒有再加熱，因此老闆邊切也邊告訴我，它們為了讓他們家滷味不加熱吃起來就很香，特地選擇大陸潮州的百年老滷，而帶回來台灣之後再養2年，接著由五星主廚使用金華火腿、干貝、鮑魚、高級扁魚干、鮮蝦、老母雞、南洋香料、上等中國香料…等食材秘制成的滷水來滷製滷味。
老闆在切我買的滷味時，我看到等下要加的酸菜，看起來感覺蠻不錯的，難怪剛剛看價目表時，也看到酸菜是可以單獨購買的。
切完我買的滷味後，老闆告訴我除了攤位賣的滷味品項外，它們有提供特別食材讓客戶網購預訂，而老闆就請我先試吃了曼波魚皮。
我自己蠻喜歡這個曼波魚皮，因為除了是第一次吃到以滷味方式製作，吃起來膠質豐富，而且軟嫩中帶著些許嚼感，入口還能感受得到滷汁香氣的曼波魚皮，真的好吃！
之後，再品嚐牛舌，這也是在一般滷味店家看不到的品項，而帶著滷汁香氣的牛舌，吃起來軟脆口感好，我覺得應該不少人會喜歡它。
看一下要以預訂方式購買的品項，除了前面試吃到的曼波魚皮與牛舌外，牛臉頰、牛尾、羊膝、帶卵透抽，應該也是我第一次看到有滷味店家使用這些食材製作滷味。
至於我買的滷味，因為魯達人是冷滷味，如果沒有要馬上吃，只要請老闆切完不要直接加醬料，我自己覺得就不會影響吃起來的口感。另外，以我自己實際吃的感覺，可以適度加一些帶有花椒味道的辣椒醬，會讓滷味吃起來的味道更好！
我買滷味必買的甜不辣，魯達人家的吃起來很軟嫩，在口中的香氣也足。
老闆切得蠻薄的黑豆乾，搭配夏日吃起來清甜的小黃瓜，整體口感真不錯！
切成小條狀的米血，吸收了加入的老滷醬汁與一些些辣椒醬，吃起來很夠味。
口感軟嫩的豬頭皮，在嘴裡咀嚼起來很舒服，越咀嚼越能感受到老滷汁的香氣，我個人很建議各位大大來魯達人買滷味時一定要買！
對了，魯達人的牛肚我個人也很喜歡，因為吃起來軟嫩中帶有一定嚼感，而且跟豬頭皮一樣，越咀嚼越香。
還有，魯達人的酸菜也值得一提！以我實際吃起來的感覺，它們家的酸菜吃起來很脆口，稍微帶些酸度，搭配像甜不辣這類較軟嫩的食材，吃進嘴裡會讓整體口感變得更好！
這次吃的魯達人滷味，我覺得它們家使用的滷汁有水準，所以讓這些食材在滷過後，不需要再加熱就能吃到滷汁香氣。而且，更特別的是，提供客人網購的滷味，有不少食材是一般滷味店家看不到的，真的是蠻特別的！另外，老闆也告訴我，它們在羅東的分店也要開始營業了，所以羅東美食又多一味了，各位大大到礁溪或羅東想吃滷味的話，不妨就吃吃看滷達人的滷味吧！
