說到新竹市區美食聚集地，離新竹火車站蠻近的新竹東門市場一定榜上有名，因為裡面有不少人氣新竹美食餐廳，其中也包括這次去用餐的「硬派主廚的軟嫩料理東門店」。至於這家提供平價舒肥料理的新竹東門市場餐廳，已經相當有人氣，而用餐當天點的主食我只要吃肉牛排飯、主廚特製紅燒牛肉燴飯，還有湯品、小菜、飲料，吃過後覺得到新竹東門市場硬派主廚的軟嫩料理用餐選擇沒錯，此外沒預期到的，就是這裡的甜點也很不錯呢！

這次晚上回家前去吃的硬派主廚的軟嫩料理東門店，地址是在新竹市東區中央路102巷，我覺得從東門市場中正路這個入口進去比較快到，同時也相對好找。

當天從東門市場中正路這個入口進去後，在第一條巷子這裡右轉，如果看到遠處有掛著紅燈籠，就代表你走對了。

走到硬派主廚的軟嫩料理東門店門口，遠看感覺裡面用餐的人還不少。

從門口玻璃窗看進去，當下一樓應該是滿座狀況，但還好二樓也有用餐區，因此就可以直接進去用餐。

找好位置坐下後，開始看硬派主廚的軟嫩料理東門店菜單，發現這裡賣的餐點品項雖然不算多，但是主食、湯品、飲品、甜點都有呢！

硬派主廚的軟嫩料理東門店是採先點餐付款，而開水、餐具是需要自行拿取，另外這裡也有提供醋辣椒、拌飯辣醬讓有需要的客人自行取用。

點好餐後沒多久，全部餐點就都送來了，因此就拍張大合照，然後就正式開動啦！

自己吃的這碗我只要吃肉牛排飯，裡面經過舒肥的牛排肉量不少，而實際吃進嘴裡，可以感受到肉質軟嫩中帶著些嚼感，而且肉汁也多呢！

新竹市東門市場吃什麼

 

飯的部分，由於蛋是選了溫泉蛋，拍完照後就將蛋刺破，讓裡面的蛋黃流出來，然後再將白飯和著牛肉肉燥、溫泉蛋白、蛋汁跟蒜酥一起吃進嘴裡，整體口感相當不錯，我個人蠻推這樣的吃法。

朋友選的主廚特製紅燒牛肉燴飯，裡面的牛肉都很大塊，本身吃起來頗有嚼感，搭配帶甜味的湯汁，整體味道蠻不錯的。

可以單點，也能在點主食時將附湯加價升級的這碗半筋半肉燉湯，送來後讓我蠻訝異的，就是帶有嚼感牛肉蠻大塊的，量也比預期中的多，再加上湯喝起來在爽口中還帶著蔬菜與牛肉甜味說…

主食跟湯之外，我們另外點了兩道小菜，而第一道只做純的燙青菜，這天是花椰菜淋上胡麻醬汁，當實際吃進嘴裡時，可以感受到花椰菜清甜中帶著脆度，搭配有著白芝麻甜味與香氣的胡麻醬汁，這樣組合起來的整體風味我個人蠻喜歡的。

另一道小菜滷獲你的味拼盤，裡面吃得到牛筋、牛肚跟豆乾，而就我個人來說，覺得牛筋最美味，因為它吃起來Q中帶軟，並且膠質相當豐富呢！

做為收尾餐點的這道沒什麼話題拉米蘇，裡層慕斯吃起來口感滑順，再加上帶有酥脆感底層餅乾，還有表層巧克力粉的些許苦味，自己蠻喜歡整個搭配起來的味道呢！
