說到新北市蘆洲方便聚餐的餐廳，我有印象的，是長榮路這裡有不少餐廳可以選擇。而這回，我就跟朋友來這家燒物玩家日式碳火燒肉長榮店用餐，準備在兩小時的用餐時間內，好好地飽餐一頓！
燒物玩家日式碳火燒肉蘆洲長榮店，距離捷運蘆洲站不遠，搭捷運來的大大，出捷運站後可以步行，或轉乘公車過來都可以。
這天我們來得比較早，還沒有到中午11:30的營業時間。不過，這時已經有更早到的用餐客人，坐在店門口等待燒物玩家開門營業啦！
11:30開始午餐時段，進到店裡，看到燒物玩家蘆洲長榮店用餐空間還蠻大的，而座位也分為三個區塊，分別是開放區座位、有隔間的小包廂座位，以及用餐人數多適合的和式包廂座位。
如果是坐和式包廂座位，店家有準備拖鞋，方便用餐客人在店內走動取餐或上廁所。
靠近櫃臺的自助區，包括了醬料、各式飲料與冰淇淋，讓用餐客人自由取用。
燒物玩家蘆洲長榮店採用吃到飽方式，所以開始用餐前，店裡的服務人員會先介紹吃到飽價位、用餐時間、點餐方式…等內容，讓我們考慮要選擇哪種價位來吃到飽。
這裡的吃到飽價位有兩種，分別是超值玩家499元，以及精選玩家599元，都需要加10%服務費。而兩種吃到飽價位差異，就是精選玩家會有更多的肉類與海鮮品項可以選擇。
開始用餐後，不管是選擇哪種價位，一開始服務人員就會送來上選牛五花、特級豬梅花與嚴選雞肉，讓用餐客人可以馬上開烤！
來這裡用餐，還會另附火鍋，而湯頭有四種可以選擇，我們這次是選擇會有一些些辣味的味附干貝醬鍋。
放在桌上可以使用的日式沾醬與剪刀。
我們一開始，先從上選牛五花吃起。
這裡的上選牛五花，切得比較薄，所以烤一下下馬上就可以吃了，而沾日式沾醬品嚐，可以感覺到細嫩肉質中帶著爽口甜度，真是不錯！由於我自己滿喜歡這個日式沾醬，所以後面吃的肉類，如果想沾醬的話，我都是沾日式沾醬入口品嚐啦！
吃完牛五花，喝一碗味附干貝醬鍋的湯。而這碗湯的湯頭，清甜中帶著干貝香氣與一點點辣味，喝起來蠻爽口的。
第二回合餐點上桌！特選板腱牛、美國厚切牛肩肉、Prime熟成霜降肉、Prime骰子牛肉、精選草蝦與鯛魚下巴。
我這回的重點：Prime熟成霜降肉。
烤、烤、烤，馬上就有美味烤肉吃啦！
烤好的Prime熟成霜降肉，我喜歡它肉質細膩中帶有油花，沾一點點日式沾醬品嚐，更能引出肉的甜度。
第三回合：椒麻魷魚片、海釣軟絲、Prime熟成霜降肉、上選牛五花、Prime背肩牛排。
看到服務人員送上Prime背肩牛排時，大家都嚇了一跳，真是有夠大塊的！
不囉唆，直接開烤這塊Prime背肩牛排。
烤好的Prime背肩牛排，切成一小塊、一小塊品嚐，我自己覺得吃原味就好吃了！當然也可以灑些玫瑰鹽再品嚐，這時候的味道就會多了一些些淡淡的鹹香味。
第四回合，是蔬菜趴。
吃完三輪的肉類跟海鮮，吃些烤青菜轉換口味也蠻不錯的。
我們這天烤的這些蔬菜中，我自己很喜歡這個季節限定的玉米筍，因為品嚐的時候，除了有烤過的香味，吃起來也相當清甜呢！
收尾的甜點，包括棉花糖、冰心地瓜、日式烤麻糬。
女生有另一個胃裝甜點，真的所言不假！這天我們就見識了同桌女性友人的強大戰鬥力，因為上桌的甜點，她邊烤給我們品嚐時，自己也吃了不少說…
吃個兩球明治冰淇淋收尾，這天的午餐真是大滿足啊！
這天用餐過程中，店裡的服務人員除了頻繁幫我們更換烤網，也會幫我們烤肉，讓我們吃到更美味的燒肉。
雖然是平日中午，但這天店裡是全滿狀況，可見有不少人也喜歡來它們家用餐吃燒肉。
整個來說，這天到燒物玩家日式碳火燒肉長榮店用餐的感覺相當不錯！因為，除了店裡環境與服務人員服務態度相當不錯外，點餐後的送餐速度也當相快，因此在兩小時的用餐時間中，相信是能讓用餐的客人痛快地吃，然後肚子飽飽地回家。所以，住蘆洲或是來蘆洲的大大，如果用餐時想吃燒肉的話，有機會就來燒物玩家好好吃到飽吧！
