來台南小旅行多次，佳里這個區塊還真沒造訪過，因此這次到台南散心，除了透過KKDAY找相關行程外，同時安排到蕭壠文化園區（台糖佳里糖廠）逛逛，結果意外可以來個台南咖啡館推薦與台南烘培咖啡豆推薦，因為這家台南拼豆咖啡pindo，很靠近蕭壠文化園區，我當下看到時，覺得敢在這個喝台南手沖咖啡應該相對少的區域開店，就值得拍拍手了，何況老闆還是採自家烘焙咖啡豆形式營業，要讓客人能買到價格實惠的咖啡豆，還有喝到有個人風格的手沖咖啡。
這次到佳里逛的蕭壠文化園區（台南佳里糖廠），我個人覺得整理得還不錯，很適合親子家庭來遛小孩，而且除了開車外，從新營搭台南市公車棕幹線來也蠻方便的，因為站牌就在園區門口。
從園區走過來兩分鐘不到的拼豆咖啡，是這排外觀蠻新建築裡的其中一間店家。
希望以販售自家烘焙咖啡豆、手沖咖啡為主的拼豆咖啡，為了吸引一般單純喝咖啡提神的人，所以還是有提供一般美式咖啡、拿鐵…等飲料，但後來在喝單品手沖咖啡跟老闆聊天時，他有提到美式咖啡、拿鐵使用的咖啡豆其實也不馬虎，好讓點這類飲料客人喝了之後會有物超所值的感受，然後會想再回來試試看他們家的手沖咖啡。
門口這台小型直火式烘豆機，老闆就靠它烘焙買來的各式莊園咖啡豆。
專注於提供好咖啡的拼豆咖啡，店裡裝潢、佈置就是採簡單舒適，座位數也不多，當然最佳座位，就是櫃臺這幾個可以看老闆手沖咖啡的位置了。
店裡展售櫃上，磨豆機（電動、手動）、咖啡壺、手沖壺、煮咖啡的小酒精燈、攪拌匙、磅秤、咖啡濾紙…等手沖咖啡相關器材，以及老闆自己烘焙的各式咖啡豆與濾掛包。
看了櫃臺後方牆上價目表，這天要喝的莊園咖啡系列，我覺得手沖咖啡能以這樣價格喝到是蠻實惠的。
坐櫃臺座位看老闆煮咖啡過程中，有問了老闆烘焙咖啡豆型式，而老闆告訴我為了享受咖啡豆最佳風味，所以拼豆咖啡咖啡豆視豆子種類，主要採淺焙到中焙烘焙。接著，來分享一下這天喝的幾杯拼豆咖啡手沖單品咖啡吧！
我自己喜歡耶加雪菲，因此老闆第一杯讓我喝的，就是淺焙衣索比亞耶加雪菲咖啡豆的手沖咖啡。而實際喝的時候，這杯耶加雪菲在嘴裡感受到酸味蠻舒服的，不會過強，其它像淡淡柑橘、堅果味道，讓整體喝起來相當順口，自己蠻喜歡這款豆子。
第二杯喝的淺焙衣索比亞紫風鈴，老闆說是近期很夯的咖啡豆，目前產量也不多。而實際喝的時候，它在嘴裡發散出來的紫羅蘭花香，襯托了我感受到的莓果味道，酸味也沒有很明顯，是大家都會喜歡味道，難怪是款熱門咖啡豆。
第三杯的衣索比亞耶加雪菲，很意外地是老闆以中焙處理，因為耶加雪菲一般都是淺焙，所以問了老闆原因，答案就很簡單，就是老闆實際烘焙這批耶加雪菲咖啡豆時，就是覺得淺焙味道不滿意，但中焙味道就很OK，所以烘焙咖啡豆還是以實際情況為準，畢竟就算是同莊園、同款咖啡豆，每一批都還是會有差異的。至於實際喝了之後，我覺得這款中焙耶加雪菲的酸味就相當低，但會出現類似紅茶的味道，搭配果香、堅果味道，整體喝起來也不錯啦！
最後一杯喝的哥斯大黎加莫札特，老闆以中焙處理，實際喝的時候，我感受到一股很強烈，但想不出來是哪一種花的花香味，搭配稍微喝得到的巧克力味道，聽老闆說女生相當喜歡這款咖啡豆，而個人覺得這款咖啡豆評價應該會蠻兩極的，喝過的人要不就是喜歡，要不就是非常不喜歡。
這次到佳里逛蕭壠文化園區，順道喝到拼豆咖啡的手沖咖啡，而且老闆有一點我蠻認同的，就是每個人味覺不盡相同，所以同一款豆子煮出來的手沖咖啡，你我喝起來感受不同，所以老闆不會特別告訴你一定要感受到什麼味道才是標準，只要自己喝了感受是喜歡的，那這款咖啡豆就是適合你的咖啡豆。所以，喜歡喝手沖咖啡的大大，有機會到台南佳里來洽公、訪友或是純粹來玩，如果想喝杯手沖咖啡的話，不妨到拼豆咖啡來喝一杯吧！
