這趟環島小旅行，停留台南兩天中，除了隨興走走逛逛外，食的部分，想到已經接近一年沒到自己很喜歡的赤崁璽樓蔬食餐廳用餐了。所以，這次就安排停留台南第二天晚上，從住宿的旅館騎著小摺到鄰近赤崁樓的赤崁璽樓蔬食餐廳，看看這次有什麼新的美味蔬食料理可以品嚐啦！

每次來赤崁璽樓蔬食餐廳用餐，都會發現它有些小改變，像餐廳門口這裡，就多了一個液晶螢幕，播放著舊影片與廣告。

到中庭仰頭看看這棟老宅，也是我每次來必做的事。因為我覺得從這裡仰望上去，是最能感受到這棟老宅外觀漂亮之處！

這次我們吃到的水果沙拉，選用了包括鳳梨、西瓜、蘋果在內的當季蔬果，搭配主廚以覆盆子、草莓、藍莓、香檳酒醋、檸檬…等材料調製的的沙拉醬汁，吃的時候，酸甜的醬汁搭配各式蔬果，吃起來真的令人覺得清爽開胃啦！

赤崁璽樓提供的主廚特製麵包，麵包口味會輪流替換，搭配隨附使用三種起司、花生、南瓜籽…等堅果，由主廚製作的沾醬一起品嚐，吃起來帶著起司香味與堅果甜味，搭配咀嚼麵包後的香氣與甜味，整體口感很順口。

實際吃起來，這盅燉飯充滿了濃郁松露香氣與南瓜甜味，而且吃起來不會膩口，是視覺與美味兼具的一道餐點。

這鍋台式三杯猴頭菇，主角猴頭菇充分吸取了三杯味道，加上辣椒、九層塔提味，吃起來既有口感，味道與香氣十足，也是很不錯的一道餐點。

這是主廚製作的創意菜，近似透明有彈性的外皮，包著素食材料，搭配淋在上面的酸甜醬汁，吃起來清爽有口感，在夏天品嚐相當適合。

這次套餐隨附的飲料，是義大利三年橡木桶陳年葡萄醋。而這杯陳年葡萄醋喝起來，酸味濃郁、厚實，是不會讓人覺得太過刺激味蕾的高雅酸味，喝起來口感舒服，一邊用餐一邊喝著它，真的蠻不錯的！

這次來赤崁璽樓蔬食餐廳用餐，又吃到不一樣的餐點，這也是我會重複造訪的主要原因，因為每次來都有新的驚喜！加上在這棟日治昭和年代興建，是當時台南第二高樓的老宅用餐，每次的感覺都很好。當然跟之前一樣，我個人依舊強烈建議要選擇平日，且早一點來用餐，這樣才能靜靜地欣賞這棟老宅的建築之美，同時慢慢地享受這裡蔬食料理的美味哦！
