對於喜歡吃鴨肉的人來說，就要找鴨肉專賣店才能完全滿足口腹之慾，而自己不久前的平日上午到新莊處理事情，結束後就找住在附近的朋友吃個簡單中飯順便小聊一下，因此他就推薦這次要分享，是個人新莊美食口袋名單的珍品鴨肉專賣店（珍品餐飲坊）。至於這間鄰近新莊運動公園，之前非凡新聞台非凡大探索節目也曾來採訪過的新莊鴨肉專賣店，老闆很注重自家餐點品質，因此當天點來享用，然後是店家推薦非吃不可珍品四鴨餐點，吃過後真的都不錯，其中現點現煮的珍品薑絲鴨肉湯，更是深得我心呢！

朋友推薦的這家新莊珍品鴨肉專賣店，是在新莊區復興路一段上，對面就是新莊運動公園，周邊公車路線還蠻多的，像我當天吃完後，就搭299公車要去捷運忠孝新生站洽公，結果不到40分鐘就到了，如果特地要從台北市區過來用餐的話，其實也是OK的。

當天還沒進去珍品鴨肉專賣店時，從外面就可以隔著半開放式玻璃看到生炒鴨肉羹的羹湯、招牌鴨滷飯的滷汁，而且聞起來也蠻香的，就趕快進去吃午飯吧！

進到珍品鴨肉專賣店內後，看了一下內用區，包含四人桌跟單人座位，大概可以容納20幾位客人同時用餐。

店裡後面的招牌看板上，看到包含非凡新聞台非凡大探索節目採訪人員在內的知名人士簽名，這時也知道珍品鴨肉專賣店有被美食節目介紹過呢！

自己當天在珍品鴨肉專賣店一定要點來嚐嚐看的，就是這個看店內牆上介紹知道蠻費工，而且後來問老闆才知道，餐點用到的原汁鴨湯是每天一大早就開始熬煮，因此湯喝起來帶著一股自然的清甜味與一些些鴨肉香味，整體口感相當舒服呢！

另一個主角鴨肉，由於是現煮，因此吃起來頗軟嫩，並且兼具嚼感，加上肉汁跟湯汁帶出的清甜味，個人覺得如果來這裡只能點一道餐點的話，那麼薑絲鴨肉湯就是我的首選。

在薑絲鴨肉湯外，我也點了店家以鴨肉滷製，在外面很少吃得到的招牌鴨滷飯，而實際吃進嘴裡，帶著甜味比鹹味更為凸顯，但又不會讓人覺得膩口鴨滷汁的白飯，搭配切成肉片狀，滷過後仍帶著一定嚼感的鴨肉，還有增添香氣的油蔥酥，我個人也蠻喜歡的說…

生炒鴨肉羹。

朋友點的生炒鴨肉羹，也是店裡招牌餐點之一，而這道屬於南部口味的餐點，湯喝起來同樣有著一股舒服的清甜味，濃稠度比自己預期來得低，是屬於偏清爽的羹湯，至ˋ於鴨肉部分，對比自己點的薑絲鴨肉湯，我個人覺得吃起來會更有嚼感一些，並且可以感受到一點點爆炒過的香氣呢！

每天限量的土鴨肉切盤，除了點餐時問老闆知道是每天以低溫燜煮製作，因此能提供的量有限外，還有一點深得我心的，就是送上來的鴨肉已經去除骨頭，這樣吃起來就更方便了。

實際將土鴨肉放進嘴裡咀嚼，當下感覺鴨肉很軟嫩，並且還有蠻多帶甜味的肉汁，同時還帶有一定的嚼感，真的是近期有嚐過鴨肉裡最讓我有印象的。另外，除了單吃外，沾一些老闆以豆瓣醬為基底調製，帶著鹹香跟微微辣味的沾醬再入口，會讓整體風味更有變化。

這次在珍品鴨肉專賣店點來享用，包括個人特別喜歡薑絲鴨肉湯在內的餐點，除了都蠻合自己口味外，也可以感受到老闆在處理鴨肉部分有他的一套，而且這裡不管是一個人來用餐，或是多人來用餐我覺得都OK，所以大大之後如果在新莊想吃鴨肉餐點的話，那麼有機會就不妨來這家新莊鴨肉專賣店實際吃吃看吧！
