時光飛逝，現在已經是民國115年了，而前幾天元旦清晨，也參加了免費報名，主題為「迎新年第一跑 健康開啟新年度」的台北市115年元旦升旗路跑，除了跑跑走走3公里來小小運動一下外，結束後也有不錯的完賽禮可拿呢！
2026新年第一天，要早起來運動，而搭公車到台北市政府站下車後，一旁就有史努比家族擺飾可拍。
由於路上沒什麼人車，公車到台北市政府的時間比預期快上許多，加上有些雨勢，因此散步到115年元旦升旗路跑會場的台北市政府前廣場時，天色才為亮而已。
趁著會場人還不多，趕緊拍張照片紀念一下。
台北市115年元旦升旗路跑活動從7:00正式開始，在主持人開場後，成功高中儀隊接著上台表演。
儀隊表演結束後，接著現場所有人就一起跳活力暖身操，先稍微熱身一下。
路跑之外，當天活動的另一個重頭戲就是升旗典禮，而上台領唱國歌的隊伍，就是由獲得2025威廉波特世界少棒錦標賽總冠軍的台北市東園國小少棒隊球員跟教練擔任。
唱完國歌，接著就邊唱國旗歌，邊看台北市政府升旗台的國旗冉冉升起。
升旗典禮結束，接下來在包括台北市長蔣萬安先生在內貴賓簡短致詞，還有進行大合照後，3公里的路跑活動也要開始囉…
在台北市長跟貴賓鳴笛啟動下，8點準時開跑！
這場3公里的路跑限時50分鐘，雖然當時下著小雨，不過就算是撐傘用走的，也可以在時間內完成。
慢慢跑過程中，也有看到在陪跑員引領下參加這場活動的視障跑者呢！
到了折返點，看一下花費的時間，有比原先希望的快一些。
折返後同樣慢慢跑，最後順利地回到出發點，完成2026新年第一天的運動。
以免費參加的活動來說，結束後還有一袋完賽禮可領取，感覺還不錯！
放在提袋裡的物品，最重要的就是完賽獎牌，還有松山慈祐宮贊助的大浴巾。
除了完賽獎牌、大浴巾外，還有飲料、餅乾、柔濕巾跟精油貼布呢！
這次參加台北市115年元旦升旗路跑，當天出門前最擔心的，就是怕雨下太大，還好活動過程中只有一小段時間雨勢稍大，所以3公里慢慢跑實際花的時間，比原先預期地來得快一點，自己2026新年第一天運動也順利完成，之後如果有機會，還要繼續參加啦！
